William did an excellent quality job, he built a custom gate to go in a difficult space, and a custom dog door in a unique location, and a list of other things, all in less than a day. He suggested painting around the dog door and french door frame, looks better now then when we bought the house. We are definitely planning to have him out again and compiling a list of things!

William has completed many projects for me over the last few years, both at my primary residence as well as at my rental properties. He has also done numerous projects for my aging parents and my aunt. Like all of us, I have hired more vendors than I can count that have been disappointing on pretty much every level - some of whom I almost think I need therapy to get over. William is honestly a breath of fresh air. He shows up when he says he will, does the job efficiently and effectively, and is truly easy to work with. I am a single 49 year old woman, and I always feel extremely comfortable working with William (he literally has my house key). Many of us have had those experiences with vendors where we feel like we are either being talked down to or pushed around. As a woman I have often felt that my projects have been routinely waylaid from having to fight with toxic masculinity for zero reason; William is absolutely the opposite of those experiences and is always respectful and pleasant to be around. I routinely joke that there have been two men who have been able to say no to me in life, and to whom I will actually listen; William is one of those two. He has saved me serious amounts of money by pretty much refusing to do work that was not going to make financial sense or simply wasn't going to end up the way I envisioned it. I have never once regretted taking his advice and at this point often just ask him what he thinks will work best and then run with that. My only regret is not hiring him more frequently in the past and having had to suffer through so many other vendors and disastrous projects.
