Description of Work: I took my receiver to this business for repair. He estimated it would take a week to 10 days and that he would call when ready. After three weeks of no contact, I stopped in to check on progress. He said they had not been able to repair it and needed more time. This was repeated twice more until two months had passed with no service and no explanation. Each time I stopped in he acted like he had no idea of the status and said he needed another week. Finally, after two months, I told him I would give him one more chance. He told me it would be ready by December 12, either fixed or ready to return unfixed. On that day, my girlfriend called by and he again acted like he knew nothing and asked for more time. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

 + -1 moreIt took a little longer than expected, but I was very impressed with the quality of the service. They stuck to it. They didn't charge beyond the initial estimated time they thought they were going to put into the job.
Description of Work: They diagnosed and replaced a cord.

Description of Work: The color went bad on my Sony 46 inch HD purchased 7 or 8 years ago. It took 2 service calls because a part had to be ordered. I am very satisfied.
