First consultation was to examine the floor and make recommendation. The floor had pet and water damage and needed to be replaced. We made appointment for 4 weeks later to have the floor removed and new floor installed. They arrived on time and completed the work in the estimated time frame for the estimated price. They were professional the whole time. Matched the color of the floor to the rest of the house. Very knowledgeable about wood floors.

The company was very thorough in addressing the wet subflooring in the leak area, including installing fans for several days to dry it before performing the repair work. The refinishing work was performed well. One small area of finish needed a final fix.
