I'm happy with him. His first name is Sam, but I don't remember his last name. I really like that he's very low-key. We actually have a redwood deck in the back of our house that we wanted to re-purpose the wood from and he was totally open to it and using the wood in a new project. He worked with us on how we could do that, was totally flexible, didn't try to up-sell us on anything and was just really personable.
