Their prices are super expensive. I like the Doctors there, even though they are super expensive. My dogs are my kids.

I've been with them for a long time. The doctor that I usually go to only works part time so it's a bit of a difficulty sometimes getting in with her on the scheduled appointments or urgent appointments. They are just kind and compassionate with my animals. They treat them like a family that I feel they are to me. I think their price is a little high compared to others.

Their prices are pretty standard. They are very committed to the animals that go in there. They really seem to enjoy animals a lot. They are very kind if you have to euthanize your animal, which is the last time I had to use them. They do kind of a holistic approach so they do the standard veterinarian medicine but they also do holistic medicine and massage, diet, that kind of thing.

They're a multi-faceted practice because they offer homeopathy and acupuncture. Acupuncture was a successful treatment for our previous animals. The vets have a great bedside manner. Pamela is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you understand things. She caught a genetic eye disease in one of my dogs and this saved his vision. Rachel is really great there too.

The exam room (with rug and sofa and pillows) was peaceful and beautiful. The had picked flowers for the appointment and had electric candles lit. They provided support, privacy and care. It was beautiful and sad and loving. Dr. Bouchard, the wonderful staff and other vets at Tender Care had been my partner in her care for 15 years. Right up to that day there was nothing more I could want in professional care and loving commitment to my dog.

They are really kind to the animals. They also provide a warm and cozy environment.

They did a thorough exam on my 9 year old cat. They are pricey but they are worth. They really relate to the animal which makes it's less stressful to the animal. They look at the whole being.

THEY ARE VERY CARING AND PATIENT WITH THE ANIMALS. MY PET FEELS AS COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE BEING AT THE DOCTOR. THE CLINIC IS VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.
