TOYOTA OF MARIN

The men and women at Toyota of Marin have always been extremely kind and professional. As a customer over the past 6 years, only once have I encountered fair to poor service. Wanting them to maintain their customer service, I briefly mentioned this incident to the manager (in response to a survey) and I was immediately contacted with an apology and offer to return for a free oil change. Having grown up in the auto industry, I fully understand how far a little customer service can go and this gesture certainly did not go unnoticed. These guys are some of the best!

They are a dealership but their service department is very good. They are good and quick and thorough. They are pleasant to talk with. I think that their prices are reasonable. They have a shuttle service which is very nice. They have a nice reception and waiting room if you want to wait with coffee and snacks. Everyone is very pleasant and very courteous, very nice to deal with.

I am very pleased with them. They have a large inventory. When you walk in, somebody meets immediately and there is no pressure. They were honest and up front and there was no haggling. I told them what I was willing to pay and they were willing to accept that. There was an incentive to finance with them, but there was no pressure. The salespeople were knowledgeable and any questions I had were answered immediately.
