One of the cleaning crew, about 3-4 visits later, stole $120.00.  The owner did not do anything about it.  She offered to give us a crew that did not have a theft report, so obviously it had happened before.  We declined to continue service with them.  I was very nice and careful when approaching the subject with the owner.
