The job went smoothly. My husband and I removed most of the furnishings (hamper, a dresser, drying racks, etc.) before the installers arrived. They were prompt, conscientious about not scratching walls, etc., and neat.
The worst part was the removal of the old flooring as it was a noisy and messy process. They had it out fairly quickly, and had prepared the subflooring by noon, and went to lunch while it dried. When they returned, they cut and installed the new flooring, reinstalled the toilets and made sure the windows were open to thoroughly vent the smell of the vinyl and adhesive. They were done by 2:00 PM and left both rooms clean and ready to use.Licensing
