It was a great experience. They removed the old water heater and took it away, placed the new tankless heater outside the house where we asked them to, arranged for the electrical, the permits and the inspection. We love our new tankless heater!!

Beware of tankless contractors that take the easy way out on installation and set the heater where it is convenient for them with short gas line runs. It may be less expensive up front but waiting a long time for hot water will cost you time and lots of aggravation. The closer you can put the heater to your baths and kitchens the better it will work for you. And that is what David did.
