I had never met him before. He provided radiant floor heating system for my contractor during a recent major remodel. The thermostat broke after several months. My contractor called him to service the unit. He showed up and no questions asked diagnosed and replaced the faulty unit. He clearly knew his stuff. Took no money, refused a tip.
