Pyramid Tile Company

Following the mess I had with another companym The whole shower needed retiled.He asked for half down which in California, he legally can only ask for 10% down. Blatent snubbily to the law. would not recommend him. So after he did not get his 50% down he decided not to do the work. Which he alredy had a contract made up, but it was a contract from Tennessee, not California, it was old , and confusing to read.

We had almost given up on having our tile redone and were considering just having it refinished because we had been told that it would be extremely difficult and expensive to have it torn out and replaced. Most importantly, we were told that if someone who didn't know what they were doing took on the job, we could wind up with structural damage. We called Cole Hardware and got a referral for Bill Furner and Pyramid Tile, and we're very glad we did. Bill was professional, timely, and communicative from the start, and remained so throughout the process. Tile was entirely new to us, and he was very willing to answer all of our questions. He came out and did an estimate for free and gave us lots of information on how to choose tile that would be appropriate for our space and budget. The workers he had on our job, Humberto and Rigo, were also always on time, extremely respectful of the space, and communicated clearly about what they were doing and any questions that came up during the process. Best of all, they did an exceptional job, and we now have a gorgeous bathroom.
