 + -1 moreI made an appointment. When the company representative did not show up, I called him. He told me that he had totally forgotten about our appointment. He came later, looked around and said he would send me a bid. I received an email with little information and a price, asking me whether the cost was okay. When I asked for a professional, detailed bid like I have received from other contractors, I never heard back.
Description of Work: Only a visit to provide a bid was performed.

 + -1 moreI have had Walt perform sheet metal work at our townhouse in the past. So when we needed a new furnace I gave him a call. He came to our unit within two days and gave us brochures and prices for several furnace options. After reviewing I followed up with questions and chose a furnace. Pederson ordered and installed the new furnace within a week. I was happy with the price and did not shop around. I highly recommend the service and workmanship.
