+ -1 moreThe entire process took about a half-hour. Ron was professional, courteous, and interesting. I would definitely use Patriot again.
Description of Work: I turned my furnace on for the season--which had been off since Spring--and it was evident that it was not heating and there seemed to be no ignition. Patriot squeezed me into a very busy schedule and Ron, the technician, came out at the designated time. A 40-year veteran of Heating and AC, and 10 years with Patriot, he knew a lot about my Bryant furnace, confirmed that it would not ignite, tested the ignition device, tested the electrical power feed, and quickly found that one ignition switch was mechanically stuck. A few taps to unstick it and presto, I had heat again. Very knowledgeable guy from a very reliable company. Fortunately, a small fix...but one that required a lot of knowhow to find.
