Ostaggi Plumbing

I tried to repair the toilet but the previous resident had "jury rigged" it; the part i bought wouldn't quite fit, and the water supply valve broke! I called several plumbers. Most had an answering machine. Rich Ostaggi answered the phone himself; knew what the problem was as soon as i told him the make of the toilet; arrived promptly; fixed both the toilet and the water pipe quickly without having to leave to buy parts (which, in the past, other plumbers have almost always done). The work was done quickly, professionally, without mess, and without any mistakes. He tried to minimize my costs; he explained options clearly. After years of trial and error, i have finally found a plumber i would not hesitate to call again, and one i would recommend to others.
