Very well, no complaints. Professional service from the front desk, initial bid, to the installation. Would highly recommend.

It has been 15 years and I have never had a problem with it. For both it was around $1200. I would use them again. I used them because they had a good reputation in our area. They are a local companies. I had met them through someone else. They had really good prices. They were very well versed on different garage doors. They helped me make the decision on if I wanted insulated or not, windows or not and what kind of garage door opener. Like I said I have not had any problems.

They were very good. They got in here, put in a quality door and we don't have a problem with it. I recommend them very highly. They were recommended by a neighbor of mine. I asked him, "How is your garage door working?" He said, "It works excellent." I said, "Who did you have do it?" He said, "Northgate. I really recommend them." So I've done the same thing for him. If people ask me about a garage door I'll say, "Northgate. That's the way to go. They're reasonable, they did good work and so if there is any problem you should give them a call." The thing about Northgate is that they didn't fool around. I told them, "I'm going to have to have an operation in the near future." I was always lifting the gate to open the garage door, my wife didn't do it. I said, "We need to get this done as quickly as possible." They set it up in a couple of days. They were out here in I think, two days. They put the whole door. It took less than a day to do it. They showed me how it works. They did really well. They were very friendly but very professional.

They seemed very professional, personable, and responsive. They came the same day and did the job at a reasonable price.

I did not meet them because it was for a rental property. They did quality work for a reasonable price.

The installer was on time, curtious and efficient.

It went fine and they did a good job. They were polite and punctual.

I like the fact that they were prompt. They had to order the part but they didn't charge me for the first visit because they weren't able to make the repair as they didn't have the right spring. They were every professional, efficient, they did the job well,  and they actually provided a heavier duty spring than the original one that was installed.
