The technician was prompt, personable and professional. The unit was installed without delay and works fine, and there was no charge for the first call.

After 11 service appts. and untold calls, I finally gave up. Charlie would not admit he could not fix it but kept wanting to try
something new. Since he wouldn't give up, the warranty company would not give me any money towards a new one. He kept saying he would tell them he couldn't but never did. Worst experience i have ever had.
