Mother Nature's Carpet Cleaning

They were able to get up most stains we had in white carpet. Also moved furniture as needed. No bad smells after from chemicals.

The end results were good. The price was medium-high - there were definitely significantly cheaper services. They were super responsive and easy to work with. The only hitch is that the cleaner didn't clean the whole room at first (larger areas weren't even wet) and when first asked to fix it, tried to blow it off. When asked a second time, he did it right. But if there hadn't been someone watching him, he wouldn't have done the full job. Make of that what you will.

Everything went very smoothly. The guy doing the job was not especially friendly but he showed up on time and did what needed to be done.

It was fine. It ended up being more expensive than I thought because they charge extra for the scratch card but the service was good. They seemed to be very professional. I thought they did a very good job. I think they had a little trouble with rescheduling. The price was definitely competitive. They showed up on time.

The technician arrived promptly, quoted the job, and explained minor concerns. It was a largish job which took him 90 minutes, plus a 2-hour drying time, which was great. I would hire again.

100% satisfied. Great communicators, considerate, on time, thorough. Will definitely choose them again!

This review is for a cleaning done in February. Raz was so nice, efficient, and professional. Our carpets looked amazing. It felt so good to know Raz used all natural cleaning products too especially because we were preparing the house for our baby's arrival (I ended up going into labor the same day as the cleaning :P). Thanks again! Definitely will call Mother Nature's again.

Last then an hour with very good result, the stain went away. They also clean one area rug for me and in no time everything was dry and clean.

I appreciated the proprietors doing the job themselves and spending time explaining as much as they can without disclosing
the ingredients of the products.  He even drank the cleaning solution they
formulated and manufacture in small batches, right in
front of me and let me take a photo of it to help convince me that it's safe. 
It smelled like a mild apple cider with no sugar in it.  They say the enzymes are what takes out the stains and there
is no soap or surfactants in the product, allowing them to have to not rinse out the sprayed material with water...
that's why it dries so quickly... most of the house even in our cold weather was almost dry in 3 hours and totally dry within 5 hrs.
The cotton area rug took about 7 hrs to dry completely, but I didn't mind since we can avoid stepping on it.. the major thoroughfares were dry very quickly and this is a much safer process than any dry cleaning method I have ever evaluated.
was really impressed that an old urine stain (from 2004) that I tried
to get out with over 8 different products and also tried by at least one
professional,was finally taken out by their product that is drinkably
safe.  My husband noticed it too and we're really happy since it's in
the hallway in front of the guest rest room, where my 4 yr old didn't
make it in time in 2004!
However, the newer urine stains made by
a couple of puppies did not come out with the product.  I may be that
these were on a wool carpet and the hallway carpet one was synthetic,
which releases stains more readily (although not for previous
attempts). 
The kitchen rug under the table improved remarkably but many stains remained probably
b/c this is a cotton rug and holds stains more.
 
This process is excellent in taking out many stains in synthetic carpets.. it's great for surface carpet
cleaning and appears to be one of the least toxic methods I've seen on the market.

We needed to clean a carpet that was covered with pet hair, and we needed it done on a Sunday.  I picked Mother Nature at random because they were the first company to call me back.  After I'd made the appointment, I went to Yelp and saw that they had numerous excellent reviews.  
David showed up promptly at the time we'd arranged.  Moving the bed out of the room and down to the next floor turned out to be quite a production, but David did it smilingly and didn't charge extra (we tipped him accordingly, and he was very grateful)  The carpet was cleaned well, without any lingering chemical odors.  It did have a stale smell after the cleaning was done, but I think it was just the smell of wet carpet that wasn't being masked by fragrances.  David couldn't have been nicer, we really liked him.
