The way they trimmed the tree was quite professional and I like the outcome of the tree. The interaction was fine.

I requested an evaluation of the tree pruning needs at my home. Louie who provided an expert onstie council with very practical and economical solutions to my tree issues. He recommended a very efficient and focused assessment of the major needs, and rather than suggesting the higher priced, arborist option, recommended that my weekly gardner could take care of some of the lesser, more routine tree pruning needs. Based on other proposals, their bid was very reasonable. The job was scheduled a few days later, the crew arrived on time, handled the job efficiently, sought my input where necessary, left the property exactly as they found it. The crew lead and crew were very professional and did the job I expected. I highly recommend the Marin Arborists and would certainly use them again.

One of these Bay trees was a very large multi-trunked tree on a tricky slope next to a rock garden and Camelia bushes. The professionalism they used in removing this tree with essentially no damage to the garden or shrubs was exceptional. The other tree work was also performed with the same high quality. Before they started the work, they were very good about answering our questions and assisting us with the permit process. They maintained a good professional attitude throughout the job and seemed to enjoy their work. They also carefully checked the work- site before leaving.

The arborist I met with, Louis, was knowledgeable and very professional in his dealings with me when giving the estimate. He showed up again with the crew on the day of the work, to advise them on what to do, then checked back with them later in the day.
The job was well done. They cleaned up all debris as promised. I would use them again.

By the way, I got a comparison bid from Bartlett tree service, and found Marin Co Arborists to be much better priced for this job.

They cleaned up after themselves, just exactly what the were suppose to do.

He always does a good job.

They are very well qualified. I think the price is a little high but they know what they are doing.
