He is good. I will go back to him, if the need comes. The owner's name is Peter Blustein. He is good in all the categories. He keeps working for the friends and neighbors all the time. He has helped close friends over the years, and they keep going back to him. I have utmost confident in him. He designs and does the project. He doesn't do the regular maintenance. He makes himself clear. He is on time. He does what he said he is going to do. I think his prices are fair. He is knowledgeable. He is accommodating in terms of time, and I can have him come the time I want.
