Description of Work: They gave me the details of what the mfg has to provide as choices in CA. This gave me leverage to get my TV replaced. As well they gave me the details on how to ship the TV so it got there in one piece--and it did and I got money back on the TV. |Deb H

 + -1 moreKlein let us know up front how much it would cost for the diagnostics, and that they would call us before proceeding further. The did exactly that, and let us know the that the sound board was dead. They also let us know the cost of replacing it would be higher than purchasing a new TV. The suggested two options: external speakers so we could continue to use the old TV or buy a new TV (at a competitive price) from them. Since we had been toying with the idea of buying another TV anyway, we decided to do both. They set us the speakers for us and went over the set up for the new TV so installation issues were minimal when we got home. We were very happy with the entire experience and would not hesitate to use them again.
Description of Work: Performed diagnostics to determine why the sound was intermittently going out on the TV.

 + -1 moreI drove by and seen the sign and went in to see what KLEIN TV and ELECTRONICS had and ended up getting a TV. I was very happy with the service and he was very knowledgable. I was able to get a great deal on a 46 inch Tv for around $600.00. I will go there again in the future.
