The installation went smoothly, everything looks good. We had some issues with timing of the service, possibly a miscommunication. All in all very happy with the service.

Over all, it went well, except that they forgot to schedule me with their installer, hence the "C" grade for punctuality. However, the store manager got someone out later the same day and they did a fine job. Very pleasant installers. Carpet looks great; I'm happy.
