I had needed several furniture, appliance, and electronics to be hauled away. I requested a quote through Angie's List to 4 companies. Junk Alliance responded within the hour. Ty was very quick to respond to my inquiry. We ended up texting what I needed. He gave me a range depending on how much of my items would take up room on his truck. He recommended he can just come by and take a look and give me a more accurate quote. If I agreed they will load and take everything away. That seemed reasonable. They offered a same day appointment. They were in San Rafael and I was in Richmond. I needed more time to put all my items together. Ty gave me a Saturday 9-10am appointment. They arrived at 8:55am and parked right outside my garage where I was gathering all of the items to be hauled away. They wore gloves and masks. Ty and Adam gave me a very reasonable deal. I had varied items of different sizes to be taken away. It took them maybe 10-15 minutes to load. They accepted Venmo and Credit Card. I would use them again and recommend them. Great service and fast responses.
