The work was done professionally, but the company's procedures, estimating services, disclosures and work policies leave much to be desired. Joe told me they charged out work at $85.00 per hour and that the job would take a few hours. When his men showed up there were two at a total of $140 an hour, they wasted over an hour buying parts which they should have had in advance. I was charged an upcharge of 20% over retail for parts I could have purchased myself at wholesale. I was charged for wire, which I supplied. I had to call them back to fix an error the inspector caught. I was charged $70.00 to wrap 4'' of electrical tape around a wire. I have no argument with the quality of the work, just with the lack of disclosure of the billing and work procedures. If you use this company make sure you GET IT IN WRITING IN ADVANCE!
