Excellent WIndow Cleaning

They did a good job. They showed up like they said they would and did what they were supposed to do. They didnt make a mess.

Our house is getting  older and some of the were chip and crack. We hire them to take care the chip and crack. They even cleaned the sidewalk in front of residue.  The crew was courteous and efficiently.

They do fabulous work. They do fair priced, quick, and excellent work. They're polite, friendly, and helpful.

They were very nice.  They sent somebody out and were supposed to do it for $240 but it was a different crew and they said they will have to revaluate the price a little bit and I was fine because I knew it was a really good price.  When they came out he said he can’t do this as he is too busy and it is too much for the amount of money and the amount is too less.  I called them again and they sent the same crew which they sent earlier and they did it but they charged $260 which was fine.  I don’t know what to expect from these contractors because they contact sub contractors.  Sometimes I don’t know who I am going to get because they are not necessarily employed by them.  They tried to fix it really quickly and that was good.  They had a new worker and he was young and he didn’t come with them the previous time and was not friendly.

The company is professional. They were recommended to us by a couple of friends. No wonder. They came in at bid. The window washers were cheerful, helpful, cooperated with us and our neighbor to get  to ridiculously difficult windows with grace. They did a fabulous job. I thought they had taken the glass out the windows were so clean! They said the next time we use them it will be $50. less. They reward return business! They'll get ours

They are fast and do a great job.

Overall, I have never been less than pleased whenever they have come out to wash the windows.  They arrive when they say they will, set up and go about their work.  I do prep work for them moving furniture out of the way, as well as the drapes.  And I preclean the tracks in the sliding glass doors, otherwise, I let them do their work, and stay out of the way as much as possible.  The last time they were here, there were two workers, which made the job go a lot faster.  Were done in half a day.  I had to leave for part of the time, but it wasn't a problem. Great job!

We've been having the same people clean our windows for a while.  They are really good.  We are on a really hard place and that is on a side of a cliff so the price is more than it would be for a normal house.  I firstly like the fact that to clean our windows they have to hang out on the side of our house.  They do a great job and it always looks really good.  They are really easy to work with.  They are reliable and very attentive to detail.        

Unfortunately, the last time they came, they left dirty marks on the window frames and garage door. Some of these marks I haven’t been able to remove with any type of cleaner.

The work was done very efficiently and thoroughly at the agreed upon price which was very reasonable  I added a tip which is included in the total I paid.  The workman was very kind to my dogs.  I had to leave for an appointment before the work was completed so I paid the workman before leaving and asked him to lock up with the dogs inside which is what he did after finishing the work.  I like being able to trust people like that.  I plan to use this company again next Spring.

Adam responded by phone and email the day after I sent an inquiry. He was able to have someone come out the next day to give an estimate and perform the work. There was some bobbled communication on the day the work was done -- Adam was supposed to call by 9:30 if his crew was not going to be able to get to our place by 11am, but instead called a bit after 11am to let me know that the crew was on their way. Sergio and the other crew member arrived shortly after that, gave an estimate, and performed the work when we approved it. They did the job quickly, and placed the gutter cleaning debris in the green waste bin (after asking permission to do so).

They are great. They are very quick to complete everything and very good about keeping things neat in the house.

Arrived on time. Takes just under an hour to clean the windows. Left no mess behind.

It's great that they are insured. They were good, quick and they were nice guys. They were probably average priced, and even gave me a better price when they came out than they did over the phone.

Except for being late, they were good. We received what we expected to get.

They did a good job, but I didn't really enjoy working with them. I had to have them come back once, and they weren't very responsive.

Both gentleman were very courteous and careful. They were fast and efficient.

We first made an appointment with them, but the day before, they called and said that it would "really help them out" if they changed the time. We agreed, though it was inconvenient for us, so we were aggravated when they did not show up at the time that they had asked for. However, they did do a good job cleaning the windows, and they also cleaned out a gutter, for which we paid them an extra $20. I think that maybe their timing was a "one off" and we would use them again.

Were available the day after I called to do the work. Three men (all pleasant) made quick work of the job. Work well done. Good cleanup. We are very pleased.

Polite on the phone, estimator came when expected and was very flexible. Cleaners came when expected, did a good job on the windows. They might have made more of an attempt to put things back where they had found them, but that is a minor complaint.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY POLITE. THE WORKERS SHOWED UP ON TIME, THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, AND DID NOT LEAVE ANY MESSES. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
