Following inspection and testing this contractor provided remediation with a 10 year guarantee. The main area of contamination was the crawl space. 45 days following receipt of a "Certificate of Clearance" my tenants informed me that the mold had returned. I tried unsuccessfully to get this company to take care of the problem under the warranty. They did not answer calls directly, referred me to "supervisors." and delayed reporting on the lab tests & inspection. After 2 months my tenants rightfully threatened to move out, forcing me to hire another company to take care of the problem. Their company motto "Beyond Expections" is appropriate, but not in a good way.
Description of Work: Inspection, testing and remediation services were provided through the corporate office in Folsom, CA. The San Rafael office is part of this corporation.
