I highly recommend DeMello. I had several bids and theirs was fair and they performed the work quickly and were able to get me in before the upcoming storm. I will also say that they have more integrity than many other similar outfits. I would absolutely recommend them!!! 5 stars!

I got three quotes. DeMello was the lowest. They were punctual, and I was happy with the outcome. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future.

They did not do any work for me because they do not deal with foam roofs. But they were very helpful in recommending other roofers that do work on foam roofs.

They looked at the repair work to be done, and they said that the job might also entail some siding work. He said he couldn't give me an accurate estimate without consulting a carpenter. I appreciated him telling me, but I decided not to go further with them. The job was going to be quite expensive. I would definitely consider using them. They were very accommodating, and they tried to look at the overall picture.

They arrived and departed as scheduled. We were warned of the possibility of dry rot, and the charge for that was not excessive. Otherwise the final price was the same as the estimate. A few of our own household items (garden hose, outdoor extension cord) were lost during the 3-day process, but they were replaced promptly with new ones. It was noisy in the house, but that goes with the territory. All in all a VERY satisfactory job. ONE CAVEAT: it's summer in California so it hasn't rained yet. I'll report back in the fall.

Our experience with DeMello Roofing was a very positive one. From the appointment for the estimate to the completion of the repair, DeMello was on time every step of the way. They cleaned up the area upon completion of the job. The final cost of the repair was approximately $300.00 less than the estimate. We were very pleased with this company.

It was great; there were no problems. First, they put some tar on to see if they could patch our leak. They didn't charge us for that. Then, they decided to replace our work. They were easy to work with and prompt. The work was exactly as we wanted it to be.

Will never call them again.

Excellent. They did everything they said they would, were on time and got the whole job done in less than a week. They cleaned up after every day,and took care of all the permits. A pleasure to work with.

The company's estimator climbed up on the roof, examined its condition, and said that in its shaded location, it had 8-10 years to go. He suggested that a nail simply might have broken the membrane. If we were willing, we should wait for the leak to reappear, narrow down the location, and patch it ourselves. "Sorry not to be able to sell you anything," he said.

I have a concrete tile roof which is about 15 years old. Over the years some tiles broke and it had developed a minor leak. I called around but no company would touch the job until I talked to DeMello. They came out about two weeks after I called (it was the rainy season and they had a big back-log of work), inspected the roof and gave me a written estimate for $500.00 two days later. I scheduled the work, they came out on the day they said they would and on time. They fixed the roof in record time. Also, the project took less time than they had estimated, so the final bill was only for $400.00, not $500 as estimated. They were very professional, courteous and helpful, a pleasure to deal with.
