My biggest complaint was with the many missed deadlines, the frequent tardiness and the inability or unwillingness to provide details around costs and timelines. They may know plants, but they don't seem to know how to run a business efficiently. The excuse was always that another job was taking longer or they didn't have enough men to do the work, the office manager was out, or something along those lines. It was frustrating throughout. Plus the finished product wasn't really worth the hassle or cost (with the exception of the stone work which turned out beautifully). The rubber hosing for the water system was very visible throughout the garden and looked bad. And the flowering plants, which I had made clear that I wanted to be fully in bloom by 8/25 (my wedding), were largely not.
