Floor Cleaning and Waxing
They were fine when they were coming in to do the work with everybody there, and how they went about doing the work was fine. The end result was horrible. It was so bad that we did not pay them, and we took them to small-claims court. We wanted judgment against them because of the additional money that we had to pay to get the floors re-fixed after they had done the work on them. So, obviously we are very unsatisfied and would caution anybody who would hire them to do work. They gave us photos of floors that looked beautiful. It is nothing at all like the product that we got when it was finished, and the judge agreed, and so we got a judgment against them.
