Fabulous! They were really better than we expected .Totally professional and accountable. They really helped guide us through the process. This was a fence between us and the neighbor and our neighbor was not at all cooperative. They helped us navigate through that whole process helping us to pick the designs and what would be acceptable as far as the city regulations. They cleaned up every day after themselves everyday. They waited until it was safe after the rainy season so that we wouldn't have damage from weather. We ended up with a more beautiful fence than we could have imagined

They were awesome but their bid was really high. They are really professional and great but they were just too expensive. They wrote me a really nice bid but their bid was almost double than the other company that I got. I think it was $7000 but then I got it for $3500. They were fast, efficient but I wouldn't love to spend that much. I would use them in the future if I could afford them.

The work was done on time and with excellent quality materials. We have had Clough Construction repair one of our decks and built fencing in the past which have also been excellent. I highly recommend anyone wanting work on their decks or fencing to utilize this company.

They were on time and did what they said they were going to do. They worked very well and cleaned up after themselves. They perform a really professional job. Their pricing is more than what other people charge but I get what I pay for with them.

From my initial phone call I have been treated with respect, courtesy, professionalism and punctuality. Deanne Clough (Scott's wife) And I first met at their showroom to let me see their workmanship as well as options for potential materials actually installed in the demo deck behind the showroom (verses a couple feet of samples). These folks are serious about doing things right and well from the get-go. I'm impressed with their dedication to sustainability and knowledge to support it.

Scott visited my property, made professional observations, took measurements, discussed options and within a very timely manner, provided a clear and comprehensive estimate with several cost and material options. I was most impressed that Scott displayed a willingness to work with me to find an appropriate and cost effective solution. He also provided invaluable information regarding selection of a licensed contractor and important questions to ask prior to allowing anyone to perform work.

We used them to build a fence in February. The price was reasonable. It was a 68 foot side fence. The job went very well. It was straightforward. The crew were excellent. They cleaned up properly. I would use their services again.

My husband did the hiring and the vetting of the various contractors that we looked at. I don't know about the price because that was part of a project that my husband took care of. I think they did really good work. They were efficient. Initially, we had some frustration with how they coordinated between the administrative office and the actual team of workers. We would give some feedback to the main administration office and it didn't get down to the people who actually came on site, so some things weren't done, but they did remedy that. What happened is that we had some frustration with the way things were finished at the end of the day. We cross-checked and it happened again, so it was more frustration, and then they fixed it. So, they were responsive to our negative feedback. They did respond, and they did high-quality work. We are very happy with the outcome, and we get lots of compliments on the design. They did design everything, and we get compliments on it. I think they did excellent work. I would consider them again but I would know to be sure to be very clear about instructions.

We had dry rot in the fence around the pool. I didn't know a construction company so I went to Angies List. Picked a contract and kept my fingers crossed. When I called Clough Construction, I was first impressed with the friendliness of the office staff. Made an
appointment for a quote on fixing the fence, and James arrived on time, looked at the fence, and said he would email an quote. He was very pleasant. We agreed to the price and hired them. The work was done very quickly and well. I would use Clough Construction again and refer them to my friends.

They were very receptive to my needs and very available to answer my questions and make adjustments.

We originally came across Clough via a recommendation from a neighbor - Clough was performing work down the street, so we could check out the quality as it progressed. We decided to request a quote for the work we needed - One of the owners came and carefully reviewed our needs, and shortly thereafter provided a quote, competitive to others we had received. Knowing their local reputation, and seeing current work, we decided to proceed. Clough met with us to schedule the work and address any final concerns. The project went like clockwork - daily progress met and exceeded our expectations - the quality of the work and attention to detail surpassed our expectations as well. The crew was professional and unobtrusive. It was a great experience - AND - we decided to have them complete replacement work on the remainder of the decks encircling the house!

It is a good company to deal with. They do a good job and have somewhat fair pricing. They were a bit cheaper than the others I looked at and I was pleased with the work. He was professional and I think they are a decent company to do business with.
