I came to Blue Dot Picture Framing after a very disappointing experience with another company. Blue Dot's owner was out of town, but his son stepped in and patiently helped me determine all sorts of frame details, plus the size of the mirror I should order. He said they could insert the mirror if it were delivered to them, and they could deliver the final product to my home and hang it for me.
Everything went as planned and as scheduled (even their receipt and temporary storage of the mirror from another company). When the owner arrived with my (beautifully framed) new mirror to install it, he quietly mentioned that they don't typically do the hanging, but since that activity had been promised, he was following through. He also suggested that the mirror be placed a bit differently than I had in mind, and the result was perfect! Afterward, he surprised me with an 8x10 picture frame made with the remnants of my big frame, complete with mat and glass, a truly nice gesture! Blue Dot is a topo-notch, professional company that understands and delivers superior customer service. I can't recommend them enough.
