Appliance Sale
My contractor/designer sent me in to buy one model, and they convinced me to buy another. We had previously owned a subzero and wanted to stick with the subzero brand or a Marvel. They convinced me to purchase Perlick because they stressed that it was the quietest brand on the market. We put in our order, and when they brought in the appliance I told them that it was too noisy and it had the wrong front panel. They told us we would have to purchase another refrigerator, and they would try to sell the fridge and then reimburse me. They do not stand by their product and they do not focus on customer service.

Appliance Sale
Received five different delivery dates. Product never arrived. Was never called on missed deadlines. It emerged the appliance was in the local distributor warehouse. Ordered from another distributor and received it the next day.
