They are terribly expensive for doing absolutely nothing. They are not very prompt. We got rid of the door alarm after it went off several times and no one responded. They said they sent the message to the sheriff's department, but nothing was done. I have spoken to an employee about having the cost lowered and they said they would be able to work with me on that but 2 months later I have still not heard back from them.
