Bartlett Tree Experts has been providing scientific tree care since 1907. A 3rd generation, family owned business. Our mission is the maintenance and care of the health and beauty of trees and shrubs. We are an international organization, with offices in Canada, England and Ireland. Our research laboratories advises us about the latest technological advances in agriculture and assists our arborists with training updates. The laboratory networks with professionals at universities, government agencies and allied industry groups. This enables us to provide state-of-the art procedures and techniques to our clients. Our arborists consult with other professionals for common projects and community interests. Our unique position in the green industry helps us further arboriculture as a science and a profession. We believe in providing pro-active property maintenance to avoid landscape problems or stop them early rather than “reactive” maintenance that is driven by situations and events. They did an excellent job, told me their recommendation and they did exactly what they said they would do to trim out the branches of the trees and they did an excellent work. They were very responsive at that time, and it was very good. I have used them twice already.

They are really good. I give them an A on everything. We have been using them for 22 years. They trim our trees automatically and are very kind to our trees. We had a sick tree and they nursed it back. It's on a schedule. They usually do it at the end of February, but we had such heave rain He kept postponing and postponing but we had a really unusually wet rainy season. I always use them.

hey pruned the trees in a safely and professionally.  They did major work on 4 of the trees (oak, olive, plum and persimmon).  And minor shaping and cutting of two additional trees (liquid amber & apricot).  They were very safety conscious and aware of the plants and structures around them, including a pool & electric wires.  They were very aware and respectful of the neighbors properties.  They cleaned up everything.  The trees look terrific.  There was a lot of interaction between myself and the crew so I was completely satisfied

As always,  Bartlett was timely, neat and everything was done to my satisfaction.  I should mention that a  Bartlett expert comes to my house every January too assess my trees and their maintenance.  I have had them for many years, and I would not give tree work to anyone other than Bartlett even though they are on the expensive side. Bartlett also cares for my roses with spraying during their dormant and blooming periods.

The crew is punctual, efficient & friendly. They cover my adjacent plantings from dropping branches. They clean up all debris
and haul it away. All in all I have been extremely pleased with their work. I am due to have them them back this fall.
.I would recommend their services to anyone who may have a tree problem, or need the services of a licensed arborist.

Pros:  very happy with the service.  Sean (the arborist) called back immediately, came out the next weekend and surveyed the work including diagnosis of a sick tree.  The team arrived on time, and trimmed exactly as I as I discussed with Sean.  After the work was complete, Sean called me back personally to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction.
 Cons:  They were very busy when I called, and were not able to scheduled my for 2 weeks.  The price was high, but not unreasonable.
