Roofing
I've provided a report on this Roofer in the past.
Unethical, scope changes throughout process; aggressive in forcing excess payments, BEFORE work is completed
Upon checking with State Department of Corporations and Contractors Licensing Bureau found the company had not paid it's overdue fees, yet the owner aggressively insisted on being paid, while setting foot twice in 10 visits by his labor force. I am convinced his laborers, with one or two excpetions were not Green Card certified and he pays them "under the table."
I had hired this company with explicit provisio they would have Workers Comp; use registered, tax-paying employees and would complete the job, as contracted. They did none of the above.
