House Cleaning
Three women came for appointment, two were left to do the job, but they do not understand English, and we were not able to communicate. After that I called Astrid to schedule second appointment, but told that cleaning women needs to be trained better. Astrid responded that one of the women worked for her for 15 years and fully trained (still does not understand English?), and than cancelled second appointment under false pretend that women were not comfortable with us. I consider it very unprofessional
