I meet Armando the owner actually at a Verizon store. He got up so I could sit down and saw he had a uniform on with the name of his company. We got to talking and told him at least 2 times a year I have to snake my kitchen drain. He thought hydro jetting the drain might work better. Since he owns and operates the company, he is available 24hrs. This was a Friday. He came Saturday morning at 9 am as he said he would and inspected the drain with the camera. Gave me a price of $85 and said it would take about an hour and a half. This guy and his helper were there amost 4.5 hours trying to unclog years of gunk build-up. I actually felt sorry for him and told him although he quoted me just $85, I actually insisted that he charge me for all of his time and extra work that needed to be done. He said $150 and I still thought was not enough. In the past when they would snake, it was $85. Anyway he is local, very polite, has all the equipment to do the job right. My drain is running great and he said if I had any problem with this drain within the next 6 months he would come back at no cost. Amazing that I found him. I guess he's well known in the area and I wanted to let anyone know how reasonably priced he is and very professional.
