 + -1 moreMy computer is still at the shop, as the UPS staff told me not to have any work done until they have determined the cause and estimate of damages.
Description of Work: I needed to send my computer to a repair place. UPS Store was recommended as they knew how to pack without damage occurring during shipping. Well. My computer showed up at the repair shop with the computers case damaged. Currently, UPS's staff is looking into what they will cover for these damages. The gentleman who was giving me an estimate, seemed to want to talk me out of shipping: "With everything, this will be over $60. Do you still want to ship it?" I told him "I have no choice, I need it repaired." He just grabbed it and walked to the back. During packing, the staff was very unfriendly. No one spoke with me, or said hello I don't recommend this store to anyone, unless your mailing a letter.
