We had several unexpected charges and they were very unfriendly; almost hostile. We were really surprised. When we rented the equipment in Oakland, CA we were disappointed because the first day we dealt with the main manager and everything was great. Then when we actually went to pick up the truck and trailer we ran into a lot of problems with the staff because the manager was not there; it was not a good start to our trip. I would use the company again but not the particular franchises again in the future.
