I had been having difficulty finding a good carpet cleaner...this was even the reason why I joined Angie's list.  Everyone I spoke to gave me a low quote and then came to my office and doubled the price.  Ted was different.  The price was the same as he quoted but most importantly he did a great job, was very friendly and even went beyond the norm to make sure that our office carpet was cleaned well and his work did not affect our normal business operations.  Go with Ted and you will not regret it at all.

Ted made an appointment quickly, showed up on time having called ahead, He and his helper worked quietly and efficiently, moved all the furniture to clean underneath, and left the old and dirty carpet looking like new. Sofa, too. I would recommend him without reservation.

He was professional over the phone, the type of professionalism that you do not get from other carpet cleaning companies. He called 30 minutes before his arrival time. Mr. Sutherland and his employee provided excellent service! Starting with his extremely professional, yet affable phone manner when I made my initial inquiry; Mr. Sutherland took the time to explain the cleaning process he uses and answered all my questions about the product composition. We scheduled a time two days in advance. On the morning of our appointment, he called me ahead of time to let me know their previous job was taking a bit longer and worked with me arrive a later time thus allowing minimal disruption to my own agenda. He kept in constant contact alerting me to his progress and ETA. Upon his arrival, I showed him the areas to be cleaned and he and his employee got started right away. They were done within one hour and my carpets look great! They thoughtfully laid a path of heavy-duty paper for us to walk on until carpet dried, as well. He also had great suggestions for keeping the carpet as clean as possible with kids and a dog. We will definitely be hiring Mr. Sutherland in the future!
