Plumbing
Plumber Rick Justiniano did a home re-pipe & an exterior water heater installation, charged $4300 for about 3 days work. I'm told the exhaust for the water heater is supposed to go up through the roof but instead he angled it to the side so he'd have less work. He had to come back months later for a pipe leak near the ceiling of the living room. Now there's another pipe leak behind a wall in the bathroom & he said it's now out of warranty. In the beginning he said warranty is 8 mos - 1 year. In 3 weeks it will be about a year.
I can understand not wanting to come back because it's almost a year & also because it's an hour drive away. But he wouldn't even return my calls, I had to find out second hand that I'd have to pay him to come back. For what he charged it just seems like a fair job, not great. If you need a plumber, I'm Not referring Plumber Rick Justiniano from San Pedro, CA.
