Description of Work: Mr. Camarena performed two services for us. First he remodeled our basement and turned it into a home theater room. His work was excellent. His professionalism is first rate. Price seemed very fair. Next we asked Mr. Camarena to redo our outside decks (5 total). Again, very professional job.

Description of Work: The man came out, looked at what we wanted and took measurements. He said he would get back to us Tuesday with an estimate. Maybe we should have asked which Tuesday, but two Tuesdays have gone by and we've heard nothing. We don't want to chase after a contractor before we've signed a contract or put money down. It's a very bad sign.

 + 5 moreVery well. Mike understood what we needed and provided valuable suggestions to make the project turn out correctly and within budget. He kept us informed of problems/issues throughout the project so that there were no surprises at the end. And he executed the project on or ahead of schedule. I would strongly recommend Mike to anyone for general contractor services and plan to use him again soon.
Description of Work: Mike did a complete kitchen upgrade and a modification of an ordinary closet to take a stacked washer/dryer (including installation of water/gas/exhaust/electric services in the space).

 + -1 moreI have worked with many contractors before, but Mike is the most focused and professional ever. He and Aaron worked efficiently and pleasantly, making enormous progress each day of the project. I was very lucky to have chosen him to do this project, because he was flexible and able to easily adapt to the various issues that came up during the project. He did everything in three weeks. Remarkable.
Description of Work: Mike converted my garage into a modern living room that adjoins my previously "studio-sized" rental. This work included reframing the floor, reinforcing the roof joists, insulating, and drywalling the entire room. Also rerouting the overhead electrical lines (buried those unsightly things), installing outlets, framing out the garage-door wall, framing a doorway for French doors and two closets, installing several doors, preparing the walls for paint, and installing two fences and one gate.

 + -1 moreMike and his guys were wonderful. He was very clean while he worked. He does not just clean up after the job is done, he cleans at the end of every work day. Very knowledgeable in this line of trade. His craftsmanship work lived up to his name ''Quality''. He worked with pride. He talked to me through every step and he did not try to sell me something I did not need or want. He is a man of many tasks. Although his prices are higher than most, you definitely get what you pay for. He is very capable of doing many other jobs and I would rehire him in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: This company did complete kitchen remodel. This included, demo of the entire kitchen, haul away of old fixtures and cabinets, they installed all new cabinets, added 5 new recess lights, replaced old garden window, re-tiled floor, along with counter tops and back-splash, re drywalled the kitchen, installed new crown molding, hung 4 new doors: including all new hardware, replaced fixtures, and added soffits.
