Mark is extremely prompt and reliable.  He ALWAYS showed up on time, if not early, each and every day.  He provided materials for the smaller tasks and didn't charge for the items (washers/primer/paint) that he pulled from his personal inventory.  He purchased other materials using his Contractor's discount and passed the savings onto me. He did not mark up any of his purchases.  For items that we didn't need, he graciously went to the hardware store (twice)  and returned items to save me a trip.
I was very impressed by his level of  professionalism and especially with the quality of work. 
I had obtained quotes from a well known hardware store and 3 other contractors before selecting Mark to replace the exterior door.  He was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but I liked his demeanor and friendly personality so I chose him to complete the job.  I never regreted my choice.  
Mark was very neat and cleaned up after each task was completed.  I'm a neat freak so this made me smile.  Overall, I am EXTREMLY  happy and satsified with ALL the work done...I wholeheartedly recommend Inside Out Construction to others.  I plan to use him again and again.
