Roofing
I called for a quote, and specified that I wanted the roof removal cost itemized on the bid. He refused to give me the separate, itemized roof removal cost. Additionally, he told me the day he would be out to give a bid and never asked for my schedule and availability. As it turns out, I was unavailable on the day, and when I told him so, he responded that I didn't need to be present for the bid. I wasn't comfortable with his lack of accommodations, so I didn't hire.

They communicated very well throughout the process and they were on time and on schedule. The price of the estimate was the price I paid at the end of the project.
