"We categorically deny this statement. This womans entire roof was installed by another company with no nails. In high winds some tiles blew off. We replaced them. More wind and different tiles blew off, again we replaced the different tiles. This happened several times, each time we told her she needed her roof to be re-installed properly. We made multiple trips to her home with several workers to handle the 32 foot ladder needed to reach her high hillside roof. We never charged her for subsequent visits only the initial $250.00 which was reduced as a favor due to her request based on her age and ability to pay. She didn't want to spend the money to do it right. All we did was try and help by gluing down different tiles that blew off each time. We did accidentally hit her old, bent, rusted out mailbox. It was not custom. It was a 3 inch pipe with an old rusty mailbox. We went and purchased a brand new one and installed it. This favor of a repair cost us money. We have amazing reviews on Yelp. We always treat our customers fairly. This review is posted late due to Angies List original policy of making us pay to join in order to respond. We felt as if this was extortion and have just ignored it, however, due to the relentless emails from Angies List that we cannot seem to remove ourselves from well, here we are."
