Description of Work: This provider replaced tiles on my roof. The adhesive did not set up and a few days later they blew off. Provider said he would replace. Made frequent calls from time of job to present which were not answered. Finally recently appeared without the tiles and promised to return. More unanswered calls and a letter not acknowledged. At the time of this last stop by, his truck knocked over my mailbox and post. The custom post with planter were destroyed. He came and replaced with a cheap unacceptable box as a temporary fix. Letters regarding the replacement and costs of same or insurance carrier number have been ignored as well as roof tiles in addition to the mail box. In my opinion he is totally irresponsible. The last time I checked this company's CA license it had expired. I have been diligent in my contact with him to no avail.
