My wife discovered and trapped a rodent in the pantry on Dec 21st. I called Fortress from my work and spoke to Mike. That same day, four days before Christmas, he had Xavier at the house who took care of the problem and even came back Dec 26th to follow up. Mike was very understanding and Xavier was really courteous and professional. A great experience all around. It was $250 for initial service then reasonable a fee for mitigation/repair.
