Chimney Repair
I THINK THEY WERE QUICK BECAUSE HE HAD TO DO IT DURING WORK. THEY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY DIDN'T JUST GO UP THERE AND DO IT. I THINK THEY CAME WITH THE TOOLS THAT THEY NEEDED. THEY CAME WITH TWO PEOPLE. WHEN YOU HAVE A TWO STORY HOME, CHIMNEYS ARE TALL. WE DEFINITELY DIDN'T HAVE A LADDER FOR IT. FROM THE LOOKS OF IT, IT LOOKS FINE, I DON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS.

IT WAS GOOD. THEY JUST SEEMED TO BE NICE GUYS KNOWING WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I'VE NEVER HAD THIS DONE BEFORE, AND I CAN'T COMPARE IT TO ANYTHING. IT'S OKAY. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND TO THE POINT. THEY JUST CAME IN AND DID THEIR JOB.

THEY WERE ABLE TO WORK WELL EVEN IN THE PRESENCE OF CHILDREN AND TODDLERS. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND TREATED THE CHILDREN KINDLY. THEY CLEARLY EXPLAINED THE WORK THAT WAS DONE AND THE WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE WITHOUT A SALES PITCH OR PRESSURE TO HAVE THE WORK DONE.
