Owner/Operator Juan Carlos has over 15 years experience in the plumbing field. Drain Force Plumbing is committed to providing the highest quality service to all customers, starting with the initial phone call made to our customer service department. Drain Force Plumbing employees are kept abreast of changes and updates to plumbing codes and techniques. We provide complete drain cleaning and plumbing repairs, and utilize the latest technology in water and sewer line repair and replacement. What started as a one-man operation grew to become a full-fledged organization, employing some of the best local plumbers. Our plumbers are familiar with the unique plumbing needs that are present in the Los Angeles area. We receive many referrals from local plumbers, which is a true testament to our good practices which garner the trust of our peers.

When service was requested at 10 pm the night prior to service we responded within 5 minutes and managed to schedule you in for the next morning for first appointment. Technicians arrived within the 1 hour window provided, we found out the problem within 10 minutes using our expert troubleshooting skills and provided a FREE camera inspection. We cleared the 70 year old cast iron pipe that was installed back in 1948 with our hydro jetter for $399, that’s half the price of our competitors, and last but not least, we showed you the before and after of the drain line. It can even be installed on not completely shut down, non-combustible/flammable lines, eliminating the need to fully drain a system, which shortens repair and installation time. Traditional soldering repair will take typically 4 times longer with the same results at the end, our goal is to have our customers up and running in a timely manner."

Average cost to replace a water heater is $1,247 - $1,967 depending on location, access, code violations and other factors, this is according to all major home repair sites. These prices are for a standard swap out, unfortunately in this case it was not standard. As you know, technician had to upgrade the gas line, add missing earthquake straps, re-do venting and shut off water to the building in order to replace faulty water valve that was not closing and change ridged piping to flexible piping. These are all the extras that do not fall under a standard water heater replacement. In regards to timing, our technicians are highly trained to work more efficiently with the goal to have our customers up and running in reasonable timing. Thank you, Juan Carlos F."
