During this last rainy season we have had no leaks. This was a years-long process of tracking down and fixing the source of multiple leaks, so I have come to know Mike Hibdon pretty well and I like him. The best thing I can say about Mike and Crown is that they are always responsive and they don't dodge the problems that arise. As I have come to learn too well, roof repair is an inexact science and Mike has had to come back multiple times to fix multiple problems, and sometimes the same problem, but he's never shown a hint of not wanting to deal a second time with problems he thought he had fixed the first time. I also don't recall having to pay extra for problems that weren't fixed the first time.

I think this company did a good job. It hasn't rained yet so I haven't been able to really see if all the leaks are fixed. The roof looks amazing and the price was pretty fair I would say. I don't have any complaints about this company. They have wonderful professionalism, responsiveness and quality. I recommend them to everyone who needs a new roof.

I WAS VERY PLEASED. IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. I'VE HAD SOME BAD ONES. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AND THEY TOLD ME AND THEY BROUGHT ME SOME SAMPLES SO I COULD CHOOSE THE COLOR I WANTED. THEY SHOWED ME THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE 20, 30 AND 40 YEAR ROOFS, SO IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
