I have a 1973 MGB. They are the only guys that are in this area. They are highly recommended by everybody who has a british car basically. They are very honest, straightforward, fairly spent. Generally, if they need something, they will tell me, and if I want to, they will show me what they had done. They are very good. They are just very pathetic and do the work very timely.

My 1973 MGB had smoke from the exhaust, which I believed was oil, and I needed a tuneup. Bernie confirmed that my number two cylinder was leaking in to the crankcase. I asked him about replacing the rings and he said the engine was otherwise sound and felt that it would run strong for quite awhile. He did not recommend immediate work on the engine. this is consistent with my experience at the shop. They are relatively expensive, but their honesty has saved me a lot of money over time by not making major repairs I thought I might require, but relying on their knowledge to provide correct inexpensive repairs.
