It was estimated that it would take a day and a half, but because there was extra preparation to get the floor ready, it took 2 days. When it came time to pay, I asked how much extra I owed for the 1/2 day of extra work and he said nothing. He only took $20 and that was for screws he had to buy. He wouldn't let me pay for the extra 1/2 day which I thought was amazing. He and his helper did a great job. They cleaned up very well. He was so much better than anyone I've used in the past to install hardwood floors.
